Investment castings in Steel, Aluminum and Copper alloys for aerospace, defense, auto parts, medical, electronic and precision engineering applications

Rapid Prototyping - Quick, Easy, and Economical

HYozma Precision Castings can take your CAD designs and turn them directly into a pattern. Metal prototypes produced with the latest technology in 3D modeling and the precision of the investment casting prototype process.

HYozma Precision can deliver in just days either a 3D SLA model of your part for quick design validation or cast your design in metal so you can quickly evaluate its fit, form, and function.

Why limit yourself to the costly and often time consuming process of machining prototypes out of bar stock or fabricating prototypes as complex weldments. Simplify your prototype process by using investment castings from HYozma Precision.

No other process offers you more than the investment casting process. Simple, low cost, quick turnaround solutions for your prototype requirements Greater design freedom. Greater alloy selection, including stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze and zinc, etc.

Investment Cast Rapid Prototypes
Apart from using our own 3D Printer, we have made thousands of castings with all the other Rapid Prototyping techniques.

DESIGN FOR RAPID PROTOTYPES
The required component must be designed as a 3-D solid or surface representation. All of the required design features such as corner radii and machining allowances must be included in the CAD design, as they will be faithfully reproduced on the model.
It is essential to discuss technical and design details with our engineers at an early stage to ensure that the component features are suitable for the casting process.

COST
The cost of making models will depend on size, configuration, quantity and the technique used. The height of the model particularly affects the model build-up time and cost. In the casting operations, the largest influence on price is the quantity required as well as the complexity and the material.
